We wanted to completely revise our logistics concept, to improve our capacity to adapt to the needs of the market: third party distribution, B-to-B and B-to-C. Working together with the Logistar team, enabled us to set up a multi-channel logistics organization that takes into account the personalization of orders and the movement of flows to the Internet.
